The Counselors e-Group is an online discussion forum where members can share ideas and seek advice on topics specific to their practice.

How to Use the e-Group:

(Note: You must be a current member of the Counselors Academy to access this e-Group. If you are not a member of the Counselors Academy and would like to join, please click the "Join CA Now" link on the left-hand menu. )

1. To access the e-Group, login to MemberNet with your username and password.  (Click http://members.prsa.org to access the login page and, if needed, retreive your MemberNet username and password.)

2. Once you've logged in, click the e-Group link at the bottom of the left-side menu.

3. Once logged into e-Groups, you will see the Counselors e-Group at the bottom left.

4. Click on the Counselors e-Group.

5. You will see a variety of categories to choose.

6. Choose a category and start networking!

Need Help?
You will find a discussion category titled Help and Feedback specifically created to assist you with any technical issues you may come across. Please use this discussion category to submit questions, bugs, suggestions, etc.

To Unsubscribe:

1. Follow login directions 1-4 above.

2. Once in your e-Group, go to "profile" and click "Personal Options."

3. Scroll down to the "Category Subscription" window. To unsubscribe to categories hold down the CTRL key and click on each category highlighted.
