Accommodations

Room reservations are now being accepted.  To book accommodations at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, please call 800-247-9810 and ask for the PRSA Counselors Academy special rate of $229 plus taxes and gratuities/night (includes $20 resort fee). Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations must be made by April 15, 2008 to qualify for the
reduced rate.

Transportation

The closest major airport to Naples Grande Beach Resort is the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, approximately 35 minutes from the resort.

For those wishing to arrange private sedan transportation from Fort Myers, you can do so online at www.nttep.com. Select Group Transport, and PRSA Counselors Academy Spring Conference is on the drop-down list.

A taxi ride costs approximately $65.

What to Wear/Climate

Business casual for all programming and social events.

Average daytime temperatures in May range between the upper 80s and low 90s during the day and the upper 60s and low 70s at night, with some humidity.
